Get an informed outside perspective on an existing program
Programming Critique is a focused review of an established patient-facing or professional program. It can be useful when an organization wants to strengthen an existing workshop, support program, educational series, survivorship offering, or other structured program without undertaking a full redesign.
The review may consider:
- Relevance to the intended audience
- Accessibility and inclusivity
- Scope and structure
- Topics addressed and important gaps
- Language and framing
- How intimacy-related concerns are incorporated
- Alignment with intimacy-informed care
- Opportunities to strengthen resources, referrals, or follow-up
Your organization receives a written review with findings and practical recommendations.
Programming Critique is intentionally a bounded review and recommendation service. Revision, redevelopment, or creation of new program materials is not included and can be scoped separately if desired.
Investment: $2,500*
*Preferential pricing of $1,250 is available for select nonprofit, community-based, and early partner organizations. We’re happy to discuss what may be available for your organization.
Larger or more complex reviews may range from $2,500 to $5,000+.
Programming Critique
Develop or substantially redesign a patient or professional program
Programming Development provides more extensive support for organizations creating something new or making significant changes to an existing program.
CancerEVOLVE can help define the purpose and intended audience, establish program outcomes, determine format and structure, develop content and resources, consider referral needs, and determine how education and support will be delivered and accessed. This may include in-person, virtual, digital, or self-guided approaches, depending on the needs of the organization and the people it serves.
Investment: Price dependent on scope and objectives
Scope and investment vary based on the complexity of the program, level of customization, and development required. A customized proposal is provided before work begins.
Programming Development
CancerEVOLVE is currently developing digital resource hubs that give organizations a ready-to-use home for patient or staff education, practical tools, downloadable resources, and connections to additional support. The goal is to make meaningful resources easier to offer and easier to access, without requiring every organization to build them from the ground up.
We are seeking pilot partners for this emerging offering. Please reach out if your organization may be interested.
Digital Resource Hubs
Evaluate an existing curriculum and how well it supports learning
Curriculum Critique provides a focused review of an existing patient, staff, facilitator, or professional curriculum.
In addition to reviewing the subject matter itself, CancerEVOLVE considers how the curriculum is structured and how effectively participants can understand and apply what they are learning.
The review may consider:
- Content and accuracy
- Learning objectives
- Scope and sequencing
- Accessibility and inclusivity
- Instructional design
- Practical application
- Exercises and learning activities
- Facilitator guidance
- Implementation considerations
Your organization receives a written assessment with findings and recommendations for improvement.
As with Programming Critique, this is a review and recommendation service rather than curriculum redevelopment. Rewriting, creating new modules, or producing substantial new educational materials can be scoped separately.

Curriculum Critique
Not sure which service fits?
If you already have something you want evaluated, a critique may be the appropriate place to begin. If you need substantial revision, new materials, or an entirely new offering, development is likely a better fit.
Some projects also contain elements of both programming and curriculum. You do not need to determine the category before reaching out. We can review what you are working on and determine an appropriate scope.
